  A friend and I attended adult open gym yesterday and were extremely impressed by the facility and coach there. We both are "crossfitters" and have no gymnastics background so we were seeking help with learning handstands, handstand walks, and muscle-ups (ring and bar). The coach there was extremely helpful and even gave some suggested "homework" to work on during the week. We will definitely be back to adult open gym and highly recommend this place!
